Overview:

This position is responsible for all areas related to Interlace Health’s provision of Form Design and related technical solutions to clients. The person in this position is responsible for delivering quality Form Design to customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs. Although Interlace Health is headquartered in St. Louis, MO, we are open to hiring a remote employee in any city/state that has reasonable access to a major airport.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all form design work submitted by customers and effectively carry out each of the Service Level Objectives.
Provide related form design services for customer’s as well as consulting services, including, but not limited to design technical support, assessments of customer’s existing form designs, and provide recommendations and best practices.
Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment with Implementation Consultants, Project Management and other services personnel to ensure successful project implementations.
Assist sales as assigned to support the presales process for new opportunities, including conference calls, site visits, presentations, and technical assessments.
Train customer’s staff and users to work with FormFast Form Design product.
Show high standards of teamwork and professionalism – actively working with other Form Design Consultants.
Skills development, administration, and other duties as assigned.
Up to 50-60% travel may be required, dependent on the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, plus 1-2 years of applicable industry experience preferred.
Healthcare background is a plus but not required.
Must be able to communicate highly effectively with customers, vendors and employees.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel.
Expertise in Graphic Design applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc).
Up to 50-60% travel anticipated depending on the needs of the organization.
