The Project Manager leads the implementation of healthcare-related solutions for our clients to ensure delivery occurs on time, within scope and budget. 


  • Develop project plans to meet the defined objectives and timeline based on an executed contract and SOW.  Execute and monitor the plan to ensure that customer goals are achieved.
  • Schedule, plan, and conduct effective project meetings, including project kick-off, discovery workshops, and status calls.
  • Lead multiple, concurrent implementations.  Adhere to defined methodologies and procedures during the entire project lifecycle.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing guidance on best practices and appropriately managing scope.  When necessary, create Project Change Requests (PCRs) for scope, timeline, and/or budget changes.
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of project risks and develop mitigation strategies.  Prioritize, address, and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership while fostering a collaborative team environment; include team members in major project decisions and champion the sharing of ideas.
  • Track project activity and updates within the SalesForce/PSA application to keep management and other internal stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.  Keep team members informed of progress and provide leadership for resolution of any concerns or conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Track project financials and work with accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours will be required occasionally to support projects or attend company-sponsored activities.  This may include overnight travel to customer locations or company functions.


  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Project Implementation experience
  • Must possess a solid understanding of PMBOK and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to independently manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects, each consisting of diverse teams and deliverables
  • Experience with common business software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, GoToMeeting, and MS Teams
  • PMP Certification, or commitment to obtain PMP certification within 24 months of start date
  • Occasional overnight travel is required for project activity at customer locations and to participate in company meetings/events, generally this is less than 10%
  • Healthcare Experience (desired, but not required)
  • Salesforce/PSA Experience (desired, but not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) (desired, but not required)
  • We are open to hiring in any city/state with access to a major airport
